Most of the news heads come down in a similar fashion to Bill O’Reilly, who thinks that Obama probably just didn’t know that there would be millions – that’s right, millions – of policy cancellations.
Obama did know. And it is easy to prove.
First, watch this. The following clip shows Obama acknowledging that some 8-9 million people would lose their coverage. He says:
“…the 8 to 9 million people that you refer to that might have to change their coverage – keep in mind out of the 300 million americans that we’re talking about – would be folks the CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, estimates would find the deal in the exchange better…”
Watch for yourself:
Add to that the fact that Obama’s own HHS department wrote new regulations in July of 2010 that 40 to 67 percent of individual plans would be cancelled – see page 34,552 of the Federal Register. In addition to the (leftist) NBC report that details the fraud, have a look at Megyn Kelly’s investigative work here:
And then we have Obama. After openly discussing with Eric Cantor the “8 or 9 million people…that might have to change their plans” and after directing his HHS Secretary to write the regulations that wipe out the individual coverage market, he STILL went out and did this:
So tell me… Did he lie or not. If you don’t think so, there is no helping you. You are a zombie.
