Proof Obama Lied – Actively Lied – About Obamacare

Proof Obama LiedBufoonologists across the nation have been pondering whether or not Obama actually lied when he said, “If you like your plan, you can keep it, period.”

Most of the news heads come down in a similar fashion to Bill O’Reilly, who thinks that Obama probably just didn’t know that there would be millions – that’s right, millions – of policy cancellations.

Obama did know.  And it is easy to prove.

First, watch this. The following clip shows Obama acknowledging that some 8-9 million people would lose their coverage. He says:

“…the 8 to 9 million people that you refer to that might have to change their coverage – keep in mind out of the 300 million americans that we’re talking about – would be folks the CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, estimates would find the deal in the exchange better…”

Watch for yourself:

Add to that the fact that Obama’s own HHS department wrote new regulations in July of 2010 that 40 to 67 percent of individual plans would be cancelled – see page 34,552 of the Federal Register. In addition to the (leftist) NBC report that details the fraud, have a look at Megyn Kelly’s investigative work here:

And then we have Obama. After openly discussing with Eric Cantor the “8 or 9 million people…that might have to change their plans” and after directing his HHS Secretary to write the regulations that wipe out the individual coverage market, he STILL went out and did this:

So tell me… Did he lie or not. If you don’t think so, there is no helping you. You are a zombie.

  1. "Brutally" Frank Shannon says:

Obama lied? Of COURSE he lied. He’s been lying since way before he seized control of the White House. His whole political career has been based on a foundation of lies. ObamaCare is just ONE of his lies. Socialized medicine is exactly what it is. Funny, how we don’t see or hear that term any more. The end game is reforming the United States into the Socialist States of America, or the Union of American Socialist Republics, or the People’s Republic of America. Take your pick.

  2. It as a calculated and intentional lie, that much was certain. I only hope that people really start to see through him and his democrat cohorts.

  3. I know, Matt – I hope so too. What drives me nuts is that Bill O’Reilly sits there night after night saying “I don’t think he knew….” But this really is proof! That first vid, talking to Cantor he outright acknowledges the 8 or 9 million people who will lose plans. Then goes out and lies anyway.

If some of these high profile news anchors would put these pieces together for people to see, the outcry would be even more pronounced than it already is.

  4. Calling these people news anchors is generous, Harry. They are in the business of ratings just like the crazies at MSNBC. I optimistically hope the MSM is slowly wising up to the Obama reality, and that they will start calling him out, but that may be too much to ask for. People truly need a news source that they trust to be non-partisan and can convey the truth. Conservatives will never succeed if they can’t get their message across effectively. Agree?

  5. Essentially, yes, I agree. I would quibble with the wording of “Conservatives will never succeed if they can’t get their message across effectively.” I think a more accurate version would be: Conservatives will never succeed if the GOP can’t get their message across effectively.

The Republican Party is supposed to be a conservative party, but unfortunately, it has become over-run by progressives. So many R’s are no different from rank and file democrats. Sure they prattle on about lowering taxes and such, but it is all to often a shell game. Look at 2000-2008….R’s had control a good part of the time, and yet government grew and grew.

So….yes, conservatives must get their message out effectively in order to succeed. In order to do that, conservatives must first either re-take the GOP or stand up a third party that can overcome the GOP. The latter is unlikely, which means we need a wholesale takeover of the GOP….
