Top rated by a wide margin was the administration of Barack Hussein Obama. Other administrations receiving favorable ratings were those of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Lyndon Baines Johnson, and James Earl Carter, Jr. Presidents rated neutral were John Fitzgerald Kennedy, William Jefferson Clinton, and Harry S. Truman. The most unethical presidents, in order, were Ronald Wilson Reagan, George Walker Bush, Richard Milhous Nixon, Gerald Rudolph Ford, George Herbert Walker Bush, and Dwight David Eisenhower.
