Really quite absurd, isn’t it?

Let’s take it to its logical conclusion…

If climate change is happening because of greedy Americans and corporations and we can reverse it by sending more money to the federal government, what will they do with the money?

First it was global cooling.

Then it was global warming.

Now it’s just climate change in general.

So, I suppose if we send Obama more money he’ll stop the climate from changing?

I’m in!  Let’s do it!

Uhhh….NOT.

The absurdity of the entire thing doesn’t deter our Commie in Chief.  Obama is hell bent on throwing money at his cronies in the green movement.  I think in part to continue the bankruptcy of the USA and also in part to help knock down America’s global stature.

Here’s a new piece by Americans For Prosperity that is a must see for those who care about our country:

“President Obama spent $535 million of taxpayer stimulus money to prop up Solyndra, a solar panel company run by his political campaign contributors. Even though Department of Energy and White House staffers warned that the company’s business model would never work, the loan was rushed out the door anyway. Now that Solyndra has gone belly up, taxpayers are left holding the bill.

When government steps in to pick winners and losers based on politics it opens the door to even more crony capitalism. As we’ve already seen with Solyndra, government betting taxpayer dollars on unproven technologies is a very bad deal. A restrained federal government that doesn’t have taxpayer cash to spread around is essential to stopping the crony capitalism that’s ruining our markets.

He’s announced today that he’s going to come to the rescue of homeowners, doesn’t that sort of remind you of the first big bubble we’re still in due to the Government insisting that Freddie & Fannie finance mortgages to people who weren’t qualified to own a home.

Duh, is he mentally challenged?

Now Obama is in the process of doing a “pay back” to the Republicans, because they won’t pass his jobs plan – Reid couldn’t get it passed through the Senate, let’s be honest about the story and keep the facts straight. Obama has lost so much Democratic support that even the Senate refused to pass his jobs plan.

He has plans of one payback after another in the next 13 months and you can take this to the bank – the National Deficit will take the first hit and then it will trickle down to the taxpayers. This newest Obama scheme has the ear markings of a redistribution specialist, not a commander in chief. The bottom line is this, he didn’t get his second stimulus package passed so he’s throwing an Obama tantrum and doing paybacks that will harm all Americans.
Basically homeowners who are current on their mortgage payment can refinance their homes even if they’re under water, which they are and will remain that way for years. Saving 25 or 30 dollars a month isn’t even a lick and promise.

Same problems are eminent just like they were in 2009 – many of these homeowners have friends, family, parents helping them with their financial obligations and that’s only short lived. Secondly, since Obama refuses to free up businesses so they can create jobs – we will have more people laid off in the next 13 months and guess who will be left around to pick up the pieces when homeowners starting defaulting on their mortgage payments. Our Government will run to the taxpayers and insist that we assume responsibility for Obama’s screw ups one more time.

It’s not just old; it seems criminal that Barack Obama can continue placing more and more financial burden on our shoulders. One would think that our Constitution would have laws in place where Americans can control this dismal, blood sucking Obama Administration. Where have American’s Freedoms and Rights disappeared?

To emphasize again why this Obama “Can’t Wait Plan” is a wolf in sheep’s’ clothing please listen to the comments coming from the Democrats. They don’t know how many might qualify for his scheme, nor do they know if it will cut mortgage payments 26 per month or maybe a little bit more. The Democrats don’t have a clue if this plan would even work let alone stimulate our economy.

The first housing relief program of Obama’s called the HAMP was a total flop just like this one will be and the taxpayer’s lost 50 billion in the first plan and who knows what the “Can’t Wait Program” will cost.

Obama doesn’t care if the “Can’t Wait Program” will work – it’s just new ammo for his 2012 campaign. Like his “Hope and Change,” Americans will tire of his political rhetoric about his “just can’t wait” plan.

Americans are engaged now and much more savvy than they were in 2009 – the proof of this is his jobs plan didn’t pan out well for him in his recent campaign trips for his approval ratings just keeps taking a hit. Americans smelled a rat in their icebox when Democrats refused to pass his jobs plan!

The first time I thought so was in the wake of the New Black Panther election fiasco. You may remember, Holder didn’t think black on white election intimidation should be investigated, or punished for that matter.

By the time Holder forced Dayton, OH to lower it’s standards on the entrance test for the local police force, but only for black people,  I knew the guy was a corrupt, racist jackass.

Now we have Fast and Furious.

This scandal has legs.

And I have a theory.  (Did you not think I would?)

Obama is out there – again – saying how much trust and confidence he has in Holder.   This even after Holder is proven to be a liar when he told Congress he knew nothing about the Fast and Furious operation.

Here’s what I think.  I think this thing goes all the way to the top.  By Obama saying he totally believes Holder, it makes it look like Obama has no idea anything was ever wrong.

This posture insulates Obama.

So, here’s what will happen…  Obama will come out one more time saying how great Holder is.  By next week, give or take a week, so much will come out exposing Holder’s involvement, he’ll be forced to resign.

Obama will act incredulous.

“Can you believe the AG would be so irresponsible?  It is such a shame,” Obama will say.

But the cynic, no the realist, in me says this thing is stinking up the closet in the Oval Office.

Betcha we find out Obama was briefed on it too.

He emailed me begging for money.

Joe got my email address from the brown-short website Attack Watch.  I signed up for the site to see what would happen.  Within a week I got emails from no-name democrats, Moochelle Obama and Joe Biden.

I need to ask you one last thing before tonight’s midnight deadline:
If you know you’re going to donate to this campaign eventually, what’s stopping you from doing it right now?
If you’re going to be a part of history in 2012, it’s time to get off the sidelines.
So, before midnight, will you chip in what you can and say you’re in?
This has never been about Barack and me.

Joe doesn’t say what the midnight deadline is.  It was Thursday night.  Perhaps a reporting deadline?  Who knows.  Who cares.

My feeling is…how lame.  There is no background, only feigned urgency, no emotion, and silly references to “Barack.”

Either Team Obama hired some completely inept marketing people, or Joe actually wrote this himself.

Bottom line?  If this is the best BO can do, it’s like he has given up already.

Oh, and my reference to Uncle Joe?  Well, It’s perfect.  The real Uncle Joe was the ultimate commie.  How many did he kill with his lefty vision?  20 Million?  I’m not sure of the exact number.  But Joe Biden’s stupid attempts to be genial in his begging emails, and his buddying up with the commies, I figured Uncle Joe was a fitting moniker for Joe “Plugs” Biden.

“President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march. … Let’s take these son-of-a-bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong…”

Wait…  to which son of a bitches was Hoffa referring?

First, let’s get the grammar lesson out of the way:  If you’re going to stand  in front of the presidential podium and throw political bombs, at least use the correct grammar.  For the love of God, man…these clowns can’t even get their swears right!  For the book, it’s “sons of bitches.”  Why Hoffa targets men and insults women is anybody’s guess.  Then again, the moron can’t get his grammar basics right, we shouldn’t assume he’d apply logic to the sentiment.

With that taken care of, Let’s get to the two questions at hand.  First, to which sons of bitches was Hoffa referring?  Well, he was referring to the Tea Party, of course.  Hoffa, like Obama and the rest of the democrat party, thinks that low taxes, adherence to the Constitution and smaller government is bad…very bad.

Just think about what Tea Party ideals would do to the country:

- People would keep more of their own money.
- People would have more control over their retirement security
- Dependence on government handouts would fall
- Citizens would be empowered to act through local governments
- States would be free from federal bullying
- Businesses and industry would be left alone to grow and prosper

On the other hand, if the sons of bitches are taken out, we’ll be left with more of what we have now:

- More and more people looking for work and unable to find it
- Record numbers of people needing food stamps to eat
- Mortgage defaults at record highs
- A meaningless Constitution
- Debt levels so massive, not even our children will be able to pay it off – it will span generations
- Destruction of the human spirit as incentive is removed
- A people dependent on an authoritarian government for their survival
- No chance of becoming wealthy by innovative, entrepreneurial  activities

Hmmmmm…  which one sounds better?  Clearly the Tea Party folks would be very bad for America.

On to a second – and more important – question:  Can America be saved?

I’m not asking rhetorically, I mean can we really be saved?  That is, can our Republic withstand the blitzkrieg from the socialist army?  The democrats and the left are walking the country on a death march.  This is by design and it is working.

When Obama came into office, he had both houses of Congress on his side.  At the time, Rush Limbaugh was being criticized for saying, “I hope he fails.”  Most reasonable people knew Obama was a liberal and that he would push liberal policies, but most people believed he would be doing so with genuine compassion and love of country in his heart.

We had to believe this, for the alternative was unthinkable.

The alternative is that Obama hates the country and is promoting policies that will destroy it.

Today, September 7, 2011, the alternative has proven true; the unthinkable has happened.  There is no other explanation.

The Porkulus was step one.  Push hundreds of billions of dollars into every union, pet project, and dependency program imaginable.  This does two things:  first, it puts the country under a crushing debt load and second, it propagates dependency amongst the non-machine populace and further entrenches the public union machine.

Step two was Obamacare.  This 2700 page behemoth makes the Prokulus look like a grain of sand on the beach.  Obamacare combines the crushing debt with dependency in a way that has never been done before.  It also effectively eliminates the Constitution, for when the federal government can tell you what to buy, we no longer have a free society.

Step three is regulation.  Obama, through his minions in various agencies and departments, has put a stranglehold on businesses of all kinds.  From the well known regulations like Frank-Dodd to the lesser known regulations with a foot on the neck of energy exploration, the Obama business environment is poisonous to say the least.

Step four will be rolled out tomorrow night at the big speech.  Do we expect Obama to talk about rolling back regulations, cutting taxes for businesses, and controlling debt through real reductions in spending?  Nope.  Instead, we will be told that we must invest in the future (spend more), stop giving benefits to the rich (raise taxes), and help those who can’t help themselves (increase dependency).

The only – ONLY – way we can be saved is if both houses of Congress are filled with Tea Party-type people and a real conservative is in the Oval Office.  Even then, rolling back what has been done make take decades.

Obama has done what he set out to do: destroy the country. There is no other explanation.  No reasonable person could conclude anything but his willful, systematic destruction of our Republic.

Can we be saved?  Yes.  But it will take the Tea Party to do it.

Clean Sweep has several components:

• Tea Party
• Bloggers
• Concerned citizens
• An out-of-control President

These elements combined to deliver an electoral defeat that we have not seen in recent history.

Enter the Crybaby.

The first time John Boehner cried on camera, I thought… “damn, this guy must have some pent up passion for conservatism.”  The second time, I rolled my eyes and pretended I didn’t see it.

The third time, I decided the guy was a crybaby and has no place in Congress, much less as the Speaker of the House.

Today, when we’re reaching a fever pitch in the debt ceiling issue, where is Boehner?  Talking about some crap where the debt ceiling can be raised by $2.4 Trillion and proposes savings of $111 Billion in 2012.

Um, the deficit for this year alone is $1.6 Trillion!

Some leader.  What a freakin joke.  This guy must go.  Boehner is not just a crybaby, but he’s also part of the problem in government.

Enter the Wimp.

Mitch Mcconnell is a wimp of epic proportions.  We have a President who seeks the destruction of our Republic.  We have a democrat party trying to seize control over every aspect of our lives.  We are – literally – in a fight for the very survival of the United States of America.

Where is Mitch Mcconnell during all this?

He’s busy cutting deals and squirming around.  The Mcconnell option, which would attempt to shift responsibility (and thus the blame) for the debt ceiling, to Obama.

Has Mcconnell not paid any attention to the media?  Ever?

Does he really think that he will be able to shift blame to Obama?  Ever?

Not in the media, that’s for damn sure.

Here is the proper position:

The debt ceiling should be raised only by the amount of actual cuts – not reductions in growth – this year.

This year, the government will spend some $1.6 Trillion more than we take in.  That’s a problem.  That’s a big, big problem.  What was this massive increase in spending?  Well, the Tyrant in Chief grew the government by some 20% – from $2.9 trillion in 2008 to $3.7 Trillion in 2011.

If we can’t afford to pay for this massive spending now, how is borrowing more money supposed to help?

Enter the Tyrant.

When Barack Obama took office, conservatives argued about the nature of this man; was he a well-intentioned liberal, or hell bent on the destruction of the USA, so he could remake it in his Marxist vision.

With the policies and positions Obama takes, it is clear now that Obama is actively pursuing the destruction of the Republic. For points of reference:

1. Obama increases the National Debt by some $3 Trillion in two short years, and pretends he had nothing to do with it?!
2. He thinks compelling people to buy things from one another is constitutional.
3. He funneled hundreds of billions of dollars into unions and other support groups in the name of “stimulus.”
4. He has lied about the cost and scope of stimulus and Obamacare.
5. He has used demagoguery and outright lies to increase government power.
6. He has publicly referred to a huge segment of the population as his “enemies.”

This man is a tyrant.  There is no question now that he wants to break the system down so that it can be re-created in his image.

The solution?  Operation Clean Sweep.

We will blog, Tweet, call elected officials, campaign, talk to our neighbors, call into talk shows, write letters to the editor….we will do everything in our power to remove the career politicians from office and vote in people who not only speak about constitutional conservatism, but also act as if they believe what they say.

Hey RINO’s!  We’re gonna primary your asses and throw you the hell out of office.

Let’s go through the current debate about raising the debt ceiling and get to a simple solution….

First, here is how much we’ve spent over the past several years:

2008 – $2.9 Trillion
2009 – $3.1 Trillion
2010 – $3.55 Trillion
2011 – $3.83 Trillion

(Here are the details.)

• In 2008, we spent the $2.9 Trillion, but only took in about $2.66 Trillion. So we were left with around a $240 Billion deficit.
• In 2009 it was more of the same. We spent $3.1 Trillion, but only took in abbot $2.7 Trillion. Result? $400 Billion deficit.
• 2010 comes along and thanks to Obama’s fixation on spending, we had a $1.42 Trillion deficit.

In order to pay for these accumulated deficits, we have to borrow money. So the government issues Treasury Bonds. Investors, often countries, buy these bonds that come with a promise that they’ll be repaid, with interest.  This is the national debt.

To meet our obligations, we have to pay bond holders the interest they’re owed. This is called “servicing the debt.”

As long as we pay the interest on our debt, we will not default.

The interest on the debt is only a small portion of total receipts. For example, in 2009, interest on the debt was $260 Billion. The rest of the $2.8 Trillion dollars in the budget was spent on all the departments and programs in the US government.

The problem is that Obama refuses to cut back on any of the departments and programs.

We could easily pay the interest on the debt, preventing default. We would just have to take the money to do so out of the programs, agencies and departments of the government.

Obama refuses to do this.

Obama increased the budget deficit by almost $1 Trllion. IN ONE YEAR. And he doesn’t think he can find the cuts to pay the debt service.

Obama is the villain here. He wants to grow the government at all cost, and for the sole purpose of gaining and wielding power.

And here’s the kicker: The federal government is sitting on some $700 Billion. The government has doled out $700 Billion that agencies and departments have not spent. The money is sitting there, doing nothing.

The solution?

1. Take the $700 Billion, use it solely to service the debt.
2. Cut $1 Trillion from the budget THIS year.
3. Leave the debt ceiling alone.

Problem solved.

That’s right – take it to em. Those undeserving scumbags have to pay!

Stick with me here today…I am right close to a flat out, frothing at the mouth, rant. I’ll do my best to maintain my composure…

I watched a good bit of Obama’s presser yesterday, and then I went over the transcript.

Ack, ack, hack, arck….

Sorry – I was gaging.

Better now.

Let’s start at the beginning. Right from the start, Obama says something profound:

“There are a lot of folks out there who are still struggling with the effects of the recession.”

Wait…I thought the recession was over? Wasn’t the “Summer of Recovery” over a year ago? This guy has been all over the place talking about recovery and how great everything is.

But that’s not the fun part of the campaign speech, er, uh, press conference.

First, remember this?

Well, only a few sentences into his speech, he falls back on the old shovel-ready jobs lines:

“Right now, Congress could send me a bill that puts construction workers back on the job rebuilding roads and bridges –- not by having government fund and pick every project, but by providing loans to private companies and states and local governments on the basis of merit and not politics.”

I would like to know what the f*&k this guy is talking about? Pardon my language, but really…

Putting construction workers back to work? Just what the hell was the $787 BILLION dollar Porkulus for anyway?

Oh, I forgot…the stimulus didn’t really create shovel-ready jobs after all.

Next, we get into the deficit. This is just fun. Obama said:

“Of course, one of the most important and urgent things we can do for the economy is something that both parties are working on right now –- and that’s reducing our nation’s deficit.”

What?!? Again – what the hell is this clown talking about?

This is the same guy who slammed through a $787 Billion Porkulus Bill that included some 9000 earmarks and didn’t do shit for the economy.

This is the same guy who slammed through a socialized medicine bill that adds hundreds of billions of dollars in debt, and lied about doing it.

This is the same guy who proposed a budget that was so hilarious, it was voted down 97-0 in the Senate.

This is the same guy who takes $500 Billion from Medicare, double counts it toward paying for Obamacare, and does nothing about the long term solvency of the program.

Then we get to the coup d’etat:

“…And before we ask our seniors to pay more for health care, before we cut our children’s education, before we sacrifice our commitment to the research and innovation that will help create more jobs in the economy, I think it’s only fair to ask an oil company or a corporate jet owner that has done so well to give up a tax break that no other business enjoys.”

That’s just rich. Audacity is right. Well, I guess if you’re going to demagogue, go big.

If we have to trim the $4 Trillion budget, why the first thing to go is student loans and medicine for old people!

How about we start by taking back the $703 BILLION that sits in federal agencies without being spent? No cuts to ANYthing – just take back that which has not been spent.

How about repealing Obamacare? That piece of legislative excrement will pull some 30% of Americans off of their health care plans, has made premiums rise some 25% already, and will increase national debt. Not to mention its constitutionality.

Obama plan is simple: Massive new spending and tax the hell out of anyone with money.

And after all this, he lectures Congress on leadership.

Well, there is a light at the end of the tunnel: This strategy all but ensures he’ll be voted out of office.

Obama has doubled down. Good. Let him wallow in it.

I didn’t think we’d ever see a President to knock Jimmy Carter of the pedestal of shitty presidents, but it looks like we have a new champ.

This brings us to today.  There is a palpable feeling of change in the air.  But is it a fourth cataclysm?

First, I’ve been trying to put my finger on the specific nature of the change.  I’ve come to the conclusion that the word “change” is just me being lazy.  Nothing has really changed, as much as been accelerated.  Barack Obama is a pretty standard Marxist – that much is clear.  Put that together with a Congressional majority who shares his power-hungry ideals to one degree or another, and you get today’s “change.”  All they have done though is the same thing that has been done for the last 80 years, just more of it a lot faster.

The result?  The fourth cataclysm.

The late 00′s will surely be in the history books.  That is, if the People are able to stop the madmen who have taken power.  What will the history books say?  What will this era be called?  That probably depends on what happens over the next five years – the era will get it’s name based on which side takes firm root: the Obama socialists, or freedom-loving citizens.

It is possible that Republicans could take back both houses of Congress in 2010 and then the White House in 2012 and be able to roll back some of the aggressive government expansion put in place by the Obama socialists.  Then, with new controls over government power in place, we could move into a new era of general stability and happiness.  I hope this happens.

I am worried, though.  I’m worried that Obama and his minions will be able to put so much of their evil plan into place, that we will be unable to free ourselves from the iron grip of tyranny.  If this happens, all possible outcomes are bad.  I can hardly imagine what it looks like, but I am afraid for my kids.  Through history we have seen the horror that government tyranny can cause – look at the millions killed – KILLED – by Hitler, Stalin and Mao.  Call it national socialism, communism, whatever you want.  Regardless of name, these governments had much in common, namely that these governments became the arbiter of all rights.  The same path that we are on now.

The first step in preventing tryanny from taking hold is to remove the leftists from their positions of power in the Congress. With a little luck, a continued vigorous backlash and a little divine providence, we can preserve the wonder that is the United States of America.
